I am fairly confident youĬould start the game and see an ending in four hours of playtime.
I am talking about the two extremes, which include doing the main quest only and doing much of what's available. The DLC is not the main game, which is how I interpreted this question. I am not talking about the DLC, first off. If you can't complete Old World Blues in less than four hours then you most definitely shouldn't be talking to me about this.
